A solo practitioner with nearly a decade of federal clerkship experience, Ms. Aftimos loves a challenge.  She partners with law firms as co-counsel or in a ghostwriting capacity when firms are confronted with novel or complex matters of law.  She also supports law firms when they find themselves temporarily short-staffed.  She brings her background in corporate restructuring to her practice as outside counsel for startups and other businesses.  She occasionally represents private clients, limiting her lead-counsel practice to commit her full attention to the cases in her care.
